Set in 2019 after a gigantic space rock collides
with Earth, Crysis starts in the midst of a strained military standoff between
the North Korean and United States governments for control of the effect zone.
In the midst of rising strains, the space rock abruptly blasts open uncovering
a huge outsider boat, which starts solidifying endless segments of the island
and changing the worldwide climate framework. The intrusion of Earth has
started. Crysis highlights an epic three-act story of outsider intrusion where
players can tweak their reinforcement and weapons progressively to defy a
steadily changing foe and a cruel, dynamic environment.
